• Materials - Our awnings & shades are made of superior marine-grade canvas. The decorative braid is 100% cotton and  may also be cleaned.



• Warranty - Fabric has a pro-rated 3-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.   Frame Hardware has a full 3-year warranty



• Installation - Our awnings & shades can be installed on concrete, brick, wood, vinyl or aluminum. In most cases, one person can handle the complete installation in about 30-minutes with minimal tools and are fully retractable.



• Care - When treated properly, they should last 12 to 15 years.  We recommend cleaning the fabric with a mild soap solution annually.



• Sizes - All awnings have a 25" drop and a 25" projection with a 6" decorative valance.
